New Zealand wide Free shipping is available to eligible orders placed online using our website . For your order to be eligible for free delivery, you will need to meet the following conditions:

  • Before shipping, your total order cost must be $300 or over
  • The total weight and volume of your order must be under 10kg

If your order meets the conditions for free shipping, but you would prefer to use an alternative delivery service, you may still be eligible for a discount equal to the original cost of the service being offered for free.

Our on-line shopping cart accepts all major credit cards and PayPal.  When paying by internet banking, we cannot release the goods until the funds have cleared into our bank account.

Orders ship according to the advertised time for individual items on our website. This depends on the time the order is placed. Freight cost is calculated by our on-line shopping cart facility. You can check the freight cost before finalising your purchase.

International orders are shipped by New Zealand Post’s International Economy Courier service. Therefore, you will have the security, efficiency and quality handling of a tracked international courier service.

We will notify you if your order is over 2kg and will cost extra to send overseas. If so, you will have the right to cancel or change your order as you choose.

Target delivery times for overseas orders are 7 to 14 working days.

Our prices do not include import fees, duties, tariffs, taxes or other import charges which may be payable in other countries. So please be aware that your order may incur these additional charges which the recipient will be responsible for paying.

You will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking number. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number,please contact us.

Please double-check your delivery information.Let us know during checkout in the comment box whether you have any special delivery instructions. If your order is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete delivery details, we will happily re-send it to an updated address for you, however another delivery charge will apply for this.
