Yes we can deliver to PO Boxes, although it is highly encouraged to provide street addresses due to difficulty in tracking delivery through Boxes
All orders are safely wrapped in sturdy packaging to ensure you receive your product in good condition.
Orders are shipped via acclaimed shipping companies like 4PX, DHL, Courier Post or Fastway . Orders shipped by default do not include signature requirements. If no one is home to receive the package, your local driver may leave the item at your doorstep area or the driver may hold onto the package for a second delivery attempt. If you know in advance that you will not be home to personally receive the package, we highly recommend that you make arrangements to have a friend or family member home to accept the package, or that you contact the carrier with your tracking number to make alternative arrangements.
All orders are dispatched at most 2-3 days after an order has been placed and payment has gone through the system. This allows order preparation to be completed, which includes testing the smartwatch to ensure you receive a full functioning watch as per our product guarantee
All our dispatches are delivered within 9-11 days. If delays are to occur , a follow up email is provided with details of the delay
When an order is placed, you automatically receive an email confirming the success of your order. Once the order is PROCESSED a follow up email with the order tracking number is sent to the customers order email which contains the tracking number for the order.
All you need to do is log into My Account and check the status of the order using either the order number or tracking number on our Tracking Order platform.

Please allow an extra few days for your order to be delivered (especially during busy times) – our carriers are always doing their best to get your order to you. Our prices do not include import fees, duties, tariffs, or other import charges which may be payable in other countries. So please be aware that your order may incur these additional charges which the recipient will be responsible for paying. Your local post office would advise if there is any need to pay import tarriffs.
