Can I use Smart Watch Overseas?

Yes.You would need to check the frequencies the smart watches can connect to , make sure these frequencies are available in the country you will be traveling to overseas, and if you’re going to be using your local SIM card with the smart watch for example, you have to make sure the SIM card provider (the network there) supports the frequencie.

Can the 2400w be used as an uninterruptible power supply (UPS)?

When your 2400w power station is plugged into the wall, under 500w devices will get power from the grid, not its battery. If power from the grid stops, 2400w automatically switches to its battery supply mode within 30 milliseconds.

What else should I pay special attention to?

We suggest using DC ports for small load devices (<120W) to reduce the power consumption from the AC outlet, so you will get a much longer usage time.

How should I store and maintain the product?

1. To preserve the battery lifespan, recharge it to 100% after every use.

2. We recommend the remaining 50-60% battery before storing.

Why does the power station’s battery drain even when no devices are connected?

When the AC and socket control buttons are turned on, there will be a certain amount of no-load power consumption. To avoid this, please turn off when not in use or 24 hours without load will automatically shut down
