  1. I have bought a smart positioning watch second hand for my daughter. When logging into the app it says “you need to apply for authorisation”. I have contacted the previous owners and they have deleted the SEtracker app. Is there a way the watch can be reset to let me access it?

Normally when the app is deleted. You may need to restart the regsitration process. Last resort is to have the watch reset through its IMEI Number if that option fails.
