Delivery Info

Your purchase can be sent directly to you , whether you live in New Zealand or overseas. Awesome GadgetsNZ staff are checking and processing orders every few minutes.Once your order has been processed your items are usually shipped out within hours and a tracking number is immediately supplied as part of your delivery info sent out immediately as an email with your order details.

New Zealand Orders

Orders are shipped via Courier Post or Fastway only in New Zealand. Orders shipped by default do not include signature requirements. When no one is home to receive the package, your local driver may leave the item at your doorstep area or the driver may hold onto the package for a second delivery attempt. If you know in advance that you will not be home to personally receive the package, we highly recommend that you make arrangements to have a friend or family member home to accept the package, or that you contact the carrier with your tracking number to make alternative arrangements.

If you place your order between Monday-Friday and payment has been confirmed by us by 3pm, we should be able to ship your order out the same day. Orders placed during a weekend or public holiday will be processed the next business day.

Parcels are delivered Monday to Friday. Please see “Urgent Orders” below if you require a Saturday delivery.

Urgent Orders

Should you have an emergency, we also provide an Urgent Delivery Service for urgent orders and Saturday deliveries. These nationwide orders are given priority and dispatched first.

Our Urgent Delivery Service is overnight for non-rural orders placed before 1pm weekdays. Please contact us so that we can provide quote for an urgent overnight delivery

PO Box Deliveries

Yes, you can also choose to have small parcels delivered to a PO Box address.

International Orders

International orders are shipped by New Zealand Post’s International Economy Courier service. Therefore, you will have the security, efficiency and quality handling of a tracked international courier service.

We will notify you if your order is over 2kg and will cost extra to send overseas. If so, you will have the right to cancel or change your order as you choose.

Target delivery times for overseas orders are 7 to 14 working days.

Our prices do not include import fees, duties, tariffs, taxes or other import charges which may be payable in other countries. So please be aware that your order may incur these additional charges which the recipient will be responsible for paying.

Tracking Information.

You will receive an email once your order ships that contains your delivery info. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

 For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number,please contact us.


For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

Special Delivery Instructions

 Please double-check your delivery information.Let us know during checkout in the comment box whether you have any special delivery instructions. If your order is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete delivery details, we will happily re-send it to an updated address for you, however another delivery charge will apply for this.
